The Fable of the Maneless Lion

I decided to write a fable,
nevertheless, about a lion,
with a lioness cub (un)stable,
she thinks of herself as Orion,
an “artist”, phony and bitter
and she lives only “for her art”,
no care for her little sister,
her friends, or even her dad.
But the lion to say at least,
he was so proud of his child
praising her to everyone he meets
until she walks on the wrong side.
